Welcome to the website of Laguna Coast Adventures (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing this website or booking any tour, rental, lesson, or activity through us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

 

1. Services

Laguna Coast Adventures provides guided kayak tours, paddle board tours, rentals, lessons, and related recreational water activities.

All activities are subject to availability, weather conditions, water conditions, operational limitations, and participant safety requirements.

 

2. Eligibility

Participants must:

  • Meet minimum age requirements

  • Be physically capable of participating safely

  • Follow all safety instructions and guide directions

  • Sign any required liability waivers before participation

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or have written consent where permitted.

 

3. Reservations & Payments

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Reservations are not guaranteed until confirmation is received.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 24-hours before the scheduled activity may receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made after that period may receive partial or no refund.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

 

Weather & Safety Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to:

  • Unsafe weather

  • Water conditions

  • Equipment issues

  • Staff availability

  • Safety concerns

If we cancel an activity, customers may receive:

  • A rescheduled booking

  • Refund

 

5. Assumption of Risk

Participants acknowledge that kayaking, paddle boarding, and water-based activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Drowning

  • Slips and falls

  • Collisions

  • Exposure to weather and wildlife

  • Equipment malfunction

  • Personal injury or death

Participation is voluntary, and all participants assume all associated risks.

 

6. Liability Waiver Requirement

Participation may require signing a separate waiver and release of liability agreement before engaging in any activity.

Failure to sign required waivers may result in denial of participation without refund.

 

7. Participant Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

  • Arrive on time

  • Wear required safety equipment

  • Follow all laws and regulations

  • Avoid reckless or unsafe behavior

  • Inform staff of medical conditions or concerns that may affect participation

We reserve the right to remove participants from activities without refund if they act unsafely, illegally, or disruptively.

 

8. Equipment Use & Damage

Customers are responsible for rented or provided equipment during the rental or tour period.

Participants may be charged for:

  • Lost equipment

  • Excessive damage

  • Negligent misuse

  • Failure to return equipment

Normal wear and tear excepted.

 

9. Photography & Media Release

By participating in our activities, you grant Laguna Coast Adventures permission to use photographs or videos taken during tours or rentals for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

If you do not wish to appear in media, please notify staff in writing before the activity begins.

 

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website unlawfully

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems

  • Copy or reproduce website content without permission

  • Interfere with website operation or security

All website content, logos, branding, images, and materials are owned by Laguna Coast Adventures unless otherwise noted.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties
