Refund Policy

Refund & 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

At Laguna Coast Adventures, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to all guests and allow us to manage tour availability, the following cancellation and refund policies apply to all kayak tours, paddle board tours, rentals, and lessons.

 

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule their reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity start time for a:

  • Full refund, or

  • One-time reschedule (subject to availability)

Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the activity start time are generally non-refundable.

 

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

The following are non-refundable:

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled activity

  • No-shows

  • Late arrivals that miss departure time

  • Failure to meet participation or safety requirements

Tours and rentals depart on schedule and cannot typically be delayed for late arrivals.

 

Weather & Safety Cancellations

Safety is our top priority. Laguna Coast Adventures reserves the right to cancel, delay, or reschedule activities due to:

  • Unsafe weather

  • High winds

  • Water conditions

  • Equipment concerns

  • Guide or operational issues

  • Government advisories or closures

If we cancel an activity, customers will receive either:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule

Light rain or cloudy weather alone may not qualify for cancellation.

 

Group Bookings & Private Tours

Private tours, large groups, and special events may require additional notice for cancellations and may be subject to separate deposit terms outlined at booking.

 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within:

  • 5–10 business days to the original payment method

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

 

Booking Changes

We will do our best to accommodate booking changes requested more than 24 hours in advance, but changes are not guaranteed and depend on availability.
